Director of Food & Beverages

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverages to lead and manage all food and beverage operations across our hospitality outlets in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and team leadership while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee all Food & Beverage operations
• Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with business goals
• Ensure high standards of service quality, hygiene, and food safety
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control to maximize profitability
• Oversee menu planning, pricing strategies, and supplier negotiations
• Recruit, train, and develop F&B teams and management staff
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle escalated guest concerns
• Coordinate with Executive Chef, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all outlets

Requirements & Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
• At least 3–5 years in a senior management or director-level role
• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants preferred
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Pre-opening or large-scale operation experience is an advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications in food safety or hospitality management are a plus
